PRESCHOOL (FOUR YEAR OLDS)
Phonics: alphabet recognition and sounds, blends, words, and short sentences. Reading words from the chalkboard, booklets, and reading groups.Writing: manuscript printing. Numbers: concepts from 1-20, counting to 100, counting by 5's and 10's. Poetry: enjoyment and memorization. Bible, Scripture memory, art social studies, science, music, technology, P.E., and community helpers.
Phonics: letter sounds, special rules, blends, words, and sentences: Reading: one and two vowel sentences, vocabulary, Numbers: counting to 100, recognition to 100, counting by 10’s, 5’s, and 2’s, telling time, money, introduction to fractions, number sequences, combinations, and basic story problems, Writing, art, technology, foreign language, poetry, music, Bible, Scripture memory, social living skills, P.E., social studies, and science
